Windber, PA, June 29, 2021 – East Hills Engineering Associates, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael D. Finnigan, CPDT has been promoted from Plumbing Systems CAD Technician to Plumbing Systems Designer.
As a plumbing systems designer Michael will take on a greater responsibility in his role working on various projects. He will engage our customers and use his learned skills to help provide plumbing systems design in line with East Hills Engineering’s mission.

Mr. Finnigan is a 2008 graduate of Triangle Tech Institute, Greensburg PA with an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Upon graduating from Forest Hills High School in 2006 he was awarded the Engineering Technology Award for his graduating class.
He has been in the CAD Drafting/System Design Field since 2008 and joined East Hills Engineering in the HVAC Department as a HVAC Systems CAD Technician in September 2015. In the summer of 2018 Michael accepted a new position as a Plumbing System CAD Technician and moved over to the Plumbing Department. Currently he works on many different types of projects including multi-family, commercial, retail, institutional and industrial buildings and where he will continue his knowledge and growth in the Plumbing Systems Design Field.
In September 2019 he passed the Certified Plumbing Design Technician (CPDT) Exam and was awarded the CPDT designation from the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Currently he serves as the VP Technical and Treasurer for the Johnstown Chapter of ASPE.
